STEP ONE: Information Compiling and Review
This step begins right here with a review of our information. We have tried to make this thorough without burdening you with a lot of written materials. Detailed information is available on our web site at www.cremnc.com. If you have further questions about the Cremation Society of the Carolinas that are not answered here, please call our office so that someone may assist you.
STEP TWO: Decide which level of prearranging in right for you
Registered Member – Completed statistical information including a Personal Data Form and the Authorization for Cremation. We will record and file your prearrangement information and send you a wallet-size identification card and a certificate of enrollment.
Prefunded Member – Completed statistical information including a Personal Data Form and the Authorization for Cremation filed with our office. Contract is prefunded and current price is guaranteed to never increase, plus merchandise you select is reduced by 10%. Time payment or lump sum payment is accepted by cash or check for your prefunded contract.
STEP THREE: Complete the enclosed statistical information and return it to us
Registered Member – Complete statistical information and mail, fax, or bring it to our office.
Prefunded Member – Call our office to arrange a mutually convenient time to meet with one of our staff members at our facility or your home. During this meeting you will complete the statistical information, sign the prearrangement contract and authorization for cremation, and any other necessary paperwork. This step takes the financial and emotional burden off your loved ones.
